What you need to know

Collecting and Returning Your Motorhome

Collect your motorhome, all ready for the open road from our headquarters.  We will give you the tour, demonstrating how everything works.

Collection is 3pm on the day of collection.

Please return the motorhome at 10am on the day of return.

Check-in & Check-out

7 Day bookings run from Friday to Friday.

3 Day bookings run from Friday to Monday.

4 Day bookings run from Monday to Friday.

You can collect your motorhome no earlier than 3pm on the day of collection.

Your motorhome must be returned by 10am on the day of return.

Your car can be safely parked and left at our depot.

Deposit & Insurance

Please make sure to read out full terms and conditions regarding the booking of a motorhome for your holiday or break away.

In order to secure your booking payment of either the deposit or the cost of hiring the motorhome must be received. Bookings are not confirmed until one of these payments is received.

In the event of any damage to the motorhome, some or all of the deposit may be retained.

Each of our motorhomes can be driven on a a normal full car licence.

Driving Directions

 

From Darlington
  • Head for Corbridge, A68 to West Auckland.
  • Stay on the A68 at  the roundabout signposted for Bishop Auckland.
  • As you enter West Auckland look out for Aptec Enterprise Park which is on the right hand side of the road as you head North.
  • Turn right onto Aptec Enterprise Park.
  • Follow the road down to the T junction.
  • Turn left.
  • Follow the road along to the right turn.
  • Turn right.
  • Follow the road down between the factory units.
  • BA Motorhomes is situated at the end of the road.
From the North
  • Exit the A1(M) at junction 61 and follow the A688 towards Bishop Auckland.
  • At Thinford roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on the A688.
  • Stay on the A688 until the roundabout for the A68 signposted Darlington.
  • Turn right onto the A68 signposted towards Corbridge for 1/4 mile.
  • Look out for Aptec Enterprise Park and turn right into it.
  • Follow the road down to the T junction.
  • Turn left.
  • Follow the road along to the right turn.
  • Turn right.
  • Follow the road down between the factory units.
  • BA Motorhomes is situated at the end of the road.
From the South
  • Exit the A1(M) at junction 58 and head north towards Bishop Auckland on the A68, signposted, Corbridge.
  • At the roundabout with the A688 stay on the A68 towards West Auckland.
  • Look out for Aptec Enterprise Park and turn right into it.
  • Follow the road down to the T junction.
  • Turn left.
  • Follow the road along to the right turn.
  • Turn right.
  • Follow the road down between the factory units.
  • BA Motorhomes is situated at the end of the road.
